Defame others.
Contain streamer operated lotteries or sweepstakes
Dox individuals or provide personal information of others without their consent.
Involve spam or unwanted commercial, irrelevant, or repeated communications.
Persistently share harmful misinformation
Depict, cause, or encourage self harm.
Cause or encourage violent conduct.
Constitute or encourage hate speech that directly attacks a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, medical or mental condition, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
Abuse the platform’s resources and rewards.
Manipulate HYPEVID’s service or use artificial means to solicit or collect views, followers, shares, or rewards.
Involve hacks, cheating, or violation of rules in online multiplayer games to gain a competitive or other advantage.
Interfere with normal use of HYPEVID or impair its operations or functions in any way.
Attempt to circumvent or evade enforcement of HYPEVID terms of service and guidelines, restrictions on access to the service, and detection of improper or illegal behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of another person’s account to evade suspension, termination, or cancellation of service to a person.
Collect information regarding other persons for use outside HYPEVID’s services.
You must not transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, or reproduce copyrighted material of others unless your actions are authorized by the law or the copyright holders. Copyright infringement on HYPEVID is strictly prohibited.
Common copyrighted material to avoid includes but not limited to:
Movies
TV shows and/or TV channels
Sports matches
Other creators content from other sites
Closed Alphas/Betas and Pre-Release Games
Music you do not own or have rights to share
HYPEVID terminates copyright infringers under appropriate circumstances. We do our best to provide warnings when possible but are legally required to tackle infringement requests.

To ensure content is safe for our diverse community, sexually suggestive content is prohibited on HYPEVID.
This includes but is not limited to:
Erotic or sexually suggestive dancing or gestures.
Sexually suggestive clothing.
Sexually suggestive commentary
Viewing of sexually explicit content on stream
Sexually suggestive emoticons, avatars, images, links.
We may change your username or suspend your account without notice if your username is suspected of impersonation, trademark violation, profanity, hate speech, or racial slurs.
We reserve the right to suspend or free up inactive or impersonating usernames.
Gambling on HYPEVID with other users is strictly prohibited. This includes any form of “buy in” from users using HYPEVIDs as well as sweepstakes and lotteries.
Whether you may stream gambling games online (eg: Online Poker, Online Blackjack) depends on the laws and regulations of the country you are located.
If your content contains mature or NSFW content, it must be tagged as 18+.
Certain sections such as hot tubs may automatically have this tag applied but otherwise it is your responsibility to do so.
We reserve the right to manually or automatically tag certain content as 18+. We may take further action after repeated disregard for mature labels.

Please use the correct sections and reasonable titles when streaming. We reserve the right to make changes to your stream title or category.
The following with regards to titles, tags, and profile content are not permitted:
Hate speech, profanity, racial slurs
Trademark violations
Brand or organization impersonation
Bullying, impersonating, or mocking other creators.
Change your content label to 18+
Mute accounts from HYPEVID chats, forums, etc
Remove moderator or other privileges from accounts
Add restrictions to accounts
Remove or hide content.
Disable, suspend, or ban individuals and accounts
Terminate accounts that have violated our guidelines or evaded previous restrictions or bans.
Change your category, title, username, or profile.
